Crusco is committed to thoughtful cooking and honest hospitality. Our menu is guided by the seasons, driven by ingredients that inspire, and shaped by relationships with local growers and producers. The food is simple and the execution restrained, allowing quality inputs and strong technique to lead the way.

The bar offers modern variations on classic cocktails, a rotating list of food-friendly wines from around the world, and a small selection of non-alcoholic options.

Located on Depot Street in Asheville's River Arts District, the former warehouse space has been updated to create a warm, refined dining experience, while retaining elements of its industrial past that keep it rooted in place.
