Crusco is committed to thoughtful cooking and honest hospitality. Our menu is guided by the seasons, driven by ingredients that inspire, and shaped by relationships with local growers and producers. The food is simple and the execution restrained, allowing quality inputs and strong technique to lead the way.
The bar offers modern variations on classic cocktails, a rotating list of food-friendly wines from around the world, and a small selection of non-alcoholic options.
Located on Depot Street in Asheville's River Arts District, the former warehouse space has been updated to create a warm, refined dining experience, while retaining elements of its industrial past that keep it rooted in place.

We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice. Please inform us when making your reservation so we can prepare accordingly.
Due to the nature of our menu, allium sensitivities (garlic, onions, leeks, etc.) are particularly difficult to accommodate and may result in very limited options.
While we make every effort to honor requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
